Incidents Tracker and Dashboards for Witron

Situation: Incoming maintenance and operational downtime were being tracked manually through email threads, which created delays, inconsistent follow-up, and limited visibility into recurring problems.

Task: Build a structured incident-tracking workflow and dashboard to improve visibility, accountability, and response time.

Action: A Power Automateworkflow was implemented using Copilot AI to capture incident details including equipement informations downtime and impact on the customer, then save the records under Sharepoint List, and trigger reminder notifications to supervisors for repair updates and ETA tracking.

Result: Incident handling became more consistent, follow-up was faster, brought the average downtime from 360 minutes to 270 minutes and leadership gained a clearer view of downtime trends and recurring issues through Power BI dashboards.

Football Striker Scouting Analysis

Situation: In 2016, Manchester City needed a data-driven way to identify striker profiles capable of replacing Sergio Agüero in a competitive transfer market.

Task: Compare candidate strikers against a defined attacking profile. Action: Python and Pandas were used to collect and clean Transfermarkt data, then assess metrics such as goals, xG, shot volume, and efficiency. Result: A ranked shortlist of suitable striker options was created to support a more objective recruitment decision.

Maintenance YTD Dashboard

Situation: Maintenance performance was tracked across multiple manual reports and spreadsheets, making it difficult to monitor year-to-date progress and identify where work was falling behind.

Task: Create a centralized YTD maintenance dashboard to keep track of work progress and support operational monitoring. Action: Data from maintenance systems was consolidated in Excel and SQL, then modeled and visualized in Power BI to track work completion, backlog, trend lines, and performance against targets. Result: Teams gained a clear, real-time view of maintenance performance across the year, enabling faster monitoring, better prioritization, and more informed decisions to improve overall execution.

Witron Productivity Dashboard

Situation: Our site was experiencing poor productvity performance, the lowest among 9 Witron sites in Canada (65%),with limited visibility into the root causes.

Task: Build a dashboard that highlights operational performance and helps supervisors monitor efficiency trends, also create a friendly competition between shift supervisors to encourage improvement.Action: Power BI and Excel were used to combine shift-level data, compare rate trends across teams, and visualize area performance gaps using clear operational indicators.

Result: 3 out of 4 zone were improved their productivity rate by 10-20% within 8 weeks, which bring the overall productivity to the target level and it has been consistent at 75-80% since then.

myChord Song Builder

Situation: Guitar artists often need a simple way to edit chord progressions, arrange song sections, and keep their ideas organized without switching between multiple tools.

Task: Build a lightweight application that helps musicians create and structure song arrangements efficiently. Action: A responsive web app was built in Next.js and integrated an external library to support chord editing, layout management, and interactive song-building workflows. Result: Musicians gained a more flexible and efficient way to draft chord charts, combine sections, and organize song ideas in one place.
